Keeping a daily activity log: 1pt/day

Possible total of 7 points per week

Healthy Mind:
Read personal growth books: 5pts/book
Keep your own online journal: 1pt/entry

Points vary based on participation

Healthy Finances:
Weekly meal planning: 1pt/day of planning
Accompanying grocery list: 3 pts

Possible total of 10 points per week

Healthy Habits:
Answering any Habits of Health Pop Quiz: 5pts
Participating in the weekly challenge: 5pts

Creating Community:
Commenting on the blog – 1 point
Encouraging someone else on the blog – 2 points

  1. Are we supposed to send our coach a completed journal/list of these things once a week at weigh in, or once a day, or when ever we accomplish something?

  2. I created an excel spreadsheet to help myself keep track of the points. I felt a little overwhelmed until I broke it down.
