Before Photos

I really encourage you to take your before photos!  I know...I don't like this picture AT ALL.  No one likes the before photo.  I've gained weight and I don't want to face that--but face it I must.  (I'm not posting the side picture though!  Not until I see progress.  Embarrassing!!!)

I'm not asking any of you to post your photos.  I'm just saying, you may be very glad you took pictures throughout the journey.  I'll share my end of 4 week photos with you--hopefully you'll be encouraged by what you see.  But you'll be most encouraged if you can see your own progress.
